Ht77's Terms and Conditions — Complete Guide for Members

1. General Terms

By accessing or using the ht77 platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. ht77 operates in accordance with international gaming laws and the guidelines of its licensing authority.

These Terms & Conditions are published in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register at ht77.
• Registrations from countries or regions where online betting is legally prohibited are not accepted.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity or on the same device, all accounts will be terminated.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, phone number, and email — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information gives ht77 the right to suspend the account and forfeit any funds at any time.

2.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your password with others or allowing multiple people to use the same account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorisation, contact ht77 support immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳300.
• Ht77 accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 15 minutes. If there is a delay, contact support with a screenshot of your payment.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. All deposits must be made from an account in the member's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier. Silver members receive their funds within up to 24 hours, Gold within 12 hours, Platinum within 4 hours, and Diamond members within 15 minutes.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.

4. Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Validity

All bets placed on ht77 are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless ht77 voids the bet due to a technical error.

4.2 Changes to Odds

• Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply — even if the odds change afterwards.
• If a bet is not placed due to a network issue during live betting, the bet must be placed again.
• Ht77 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

4.3 Match Cancellation

If a match or event is cancelled, all bets on that event will be refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled event will be calculated at odds of 1.00.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers at ht77 are subject to the specific terms listed on the relevant promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each member may use any given bonus only once.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering (rollover) requirement is met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may not apply to certain games or betting markets — please refer to the individual bonus page for full details.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Ht77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ht77. If any of these are proven, the account will be terminated immediately:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus arbitrage — attempting to circumvent bonus conditions by using multiple accounts or platforms.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method.
• Using a credit card or stolen payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.

Ht77 also reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who violates this prohibition.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Ht77 collects, stores, and uses members' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Information is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Closure & Suspension
